How to specify resin dome magnets for production.
Resin dome magnets are the easiest format for variable-data printing. Because the artwork is offset-printed, every magnet in a batch can be different — perfect for photo-gift services where each customer’s magnet shows their own photo.
The epoxy dome itself is the engineering challenge. We mix and pour each dome individually so it self-levels into a perfect lens shape. Cure time is 18-24 hours, then UV-stabilized so it doesn’t yellow under sunlight.
For premium variants (wedding favors, anniversary gifts) we offer thicker 5mm domes that magnify the art more dramatically and feel substantially more expensive in hand.
