OEM is our most common service mode — about 70% of our annual orders. It works best when you (or your design agency) already have a finished design with clear specifications: dimensions, Pantone colors, attachment type, plating finish, packaging.
If you’re missing some specs (e.g. you have artwork but not Pantone callouts), we’ll help fill in the blanks for free as part of our standard pre-production check. The goal is zero surprises after sample sign-off.

01 / Brief & Quote
Send us your artwork and specifications. We respond with a detailed quote in 12 hours: unit price, MOQ, tooling fee, packaging cost, lead time.
02 / Sign-off
Once you accept the quote, we send a 3D digital mock-up for design sign-off within 24 hours. Free unlimited revisions.
03 / Deposit & Tooling
30% deposit triggers tooling: in-house CNC steel die-block engraving, 3-5 days for 2D designs.
04 / Physical Sample
Pre-production sample posted via DHL in 5-7 days. Tactile sign-off before bulk production begins.
05 / Bulk Production
12-25 days. Daily progress photos on WhatsApp. AQL 2.5 internal inspection.
06 / Ship
70% balance paid. FOB, CIF or DDP to your warehouse worldwide.
