1. About this site

www.zhecraft.com is the marketing website of ZheCraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (“ZheCraft”, “we”, “us”), a Chinese company registered in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province. This site is intended for B2B inquiries.

2. Inquiries are not orders

Submitting an inquiry form is not a binding order. A binding agreement requires (i) a written quotation issued by ZheCraft, (ii) your written acceptance of the quotation, and (iii) receipt of any required deposit.

3. Quotes

All written quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are FOB Yiwu unless quoted CIF or DDP, and exclude duties, taxes, and surcharges payable in the destination country (unless DDP). Currency fluctuations and raw-material spikes may trigger a re-quote.

4. Samples

Pre-production samples are charged at $30-80 per design plus express shipping. Sample charges are refunded against any subsequent bulk order placed within 90 days. Sampling does not guarantee bulk production capacity for any specific delivery date until a deposit is received.

5. Production & lead time

Lead time begins after (a) deposit is received and (b) sample/artwork is approved in writing. Stated lead times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by Chinese public holidays, customs, freight forwarder errors, force majeure, or buyer-initiated artwork changes mid-production.

6. Quality & defects

Our standard inspection follows ISO 2859-1 AQL 2.5 (Major) / 4.0 (Minor). Buyer may request third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV, Asia Inspection) at buyer’s cost. Claims for visible defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt at the destination warehouse, with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the defective portion at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

Buyer warrants that all artwork supplied to ZheCraft does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other IP rights. ZheCraft is indemnified against any claim arising from buyer-supplied artwork. Any artwork created by ZheCraft’s in-house design team under an ODM service becomes buyer’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Payment

Standard terms: 30% deposit before tooling, 70% balance before shipment. Trade Assurance, T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal (small orders), and Letter of Credit (orders > $20,000) accepted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a single order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Yiwu People’s Court unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
