Each inquiry is handled as a production brief, with the required commercial, artwork, manufacturing, inspection and shipping decisions documented along the way.
The project team asks for the information needed to compare materials, manufacturing routes and delivery options on the same basis. Any certification, test report or buyer-appointed inspection requirement should be written into the quotation and purchase order.

State quantity per design and the number of variants. Tooling, molds, printing plates and packaging setup are quoted by construction.
Compliance scope
Name the destination market, age grade, skin-contact use and required standard. Product-specific testing is scoped and quoted before approval.
Inspection ownership
Define defect limits, sample size and required evidence. Buyer-appointed third-party inspection can be coordinated when written into the order.
