When you submit an inquiry through our website we collect: your name, company name, email, phone number, country, project category, quantity range, and any artwork files you choose to attach. We also receive basic analytics (page views, referring URL, anonymized IP) via standard web logs.

2. How we use it

Your inquiry data is used only to respond to your project, prepare a quotation, and process your subsequent order. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes. Files you upload (artwork, briefs, NDAs) are kept on our internal server with limited access and are not used for any purpose other than producing your order.

3. Form delivery service

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service. Web3Forms acts purely as a delivery mechanism — your data passes through their servers in transit but is not stored, sold, or analyzed by them. See web3forms.com/privacy.

4. NDA & artwork confidentiality

We treat all client artwork as confidential by default. Mutual NDAs are available on request and signed before any sample work begins. Your designs are never shown to other clients, posted on our website, or used in marketing without your explicit written consent.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for page functionality. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or behavioral retargeting.

6. Your rights
