How long until I get a quote?
Within 12 working hours for standard products. Complex resin or 3D molded designs may need 24-36 hours so we can confirm tooling feasibility.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — standard mutual NDAs for any client. Send your template or we’ll send ours. We do not share artwork or design specifics with any third party.
Can I order just one sample first?
Yes. Pre-production physical samples are $30-80 (refunded against your bulk order). Free 3D digital mock-ups before sampling.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal (for sample orders), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and Letter of Credit for orders above $20,000.

Do you ship DDP / handle customs?
Yes — we offer FOB, CIF and DDP options. For DDP we handle export documents, ocean/air shipping, customs clearance and final-mile to your warehouse in US, EU, UK, AU and most other markets.
