What makes a great custom name badges.

A name badge is a small uniform of its own — it has to look consistent across a whole team and survive daily wear. We build the branded shell (your logo, colors and layout) once, then personalize each badge with the individual name by laser engraving or printing, so a 200-person rollout stays perfectly on-brand.

Magnetic backs are the most requested option for hospitality and corporate uniforms: they hold securely through a shift but never pierce the fabric of a blazer or polo. For heavier garments or name tags that get swapped often we also offer bulldog clips and reusable window-insert badges where the printed name card slides out.

For a premium front-desk look, specify a brass shell with hard-enamel logo, rose-gold plating and a glossy epoxy dome over the name. For high-volume event tags, full-color printed aluminum keeps the unit cost low. Send your logo and the staff name list and we’ll quote within 12 hours.
