How to specify custom lanyards for production.
Silk-screen printing is the most economical — flat spot colors printed on a polyester strap, ideal for simple logos and text. Woven (jacquard) lanyards weave the design into the strap for a premium textured finish that never peels. Dye-sublimation prints edge-to-edge full color on both sides, perfect for gradients, photos and complex artwork.
Almost every event and staff-ID order now specifies a breakaway safety buckle — the lanyard releases under sudden pull to prevent neck injury. We fit these as standard on request, along with detachable buckles so the badge end can be unclipped without removing the lanyard.
