Enamel Brooches
Jewelry-grade cloisonne enamel brooches. The enamel is filled into engraved metal channels, kiln-fired, ground flush, and mirror-polished. Combined with rhinestone, faux-pearl or genuine-stone inlays for premium fashion accessories.
What makes a great enamel brooches.
Cloisonne is the apex of enamel craft — every color compartment is bordered by a thin metal wire wall, filled with paste enamel, fired in a kiln at 800°C, ground flush with abrasive stones, and polished to a mirror finish.
Stone setting is done by hand, one stone at a time, by experienced jewelry technicians. A brooch with 12-15 small CZ stones takes about 8 minutes of skilled labor per piece — this is reflected in the price step from $2.20 (no stones) to $5.50+ (multi-stone settings).
